Chasing the Moon

For the last couple of nights I've been hoping to get a decent picture of the full moon, but for some reason I couldn't get a clear shot of the surface features.

This one was taken 4 days ago and is the clearest I've managed. I used a tripod and the self-timer and set the exposure compensation to -2.

    That's a lovely photo of the moon.

    The moon was very bright over Manchester on Friday evening. I took a few photos myself but they were not as clear as yours.

    You did a great job with this one. I haven't seen very many more detailed pictures of the moon than this.

    I love this picture of the moon. We had a full moon about a month ago and I tried to take a picture of it but it didn't turn out. This one is fabulous. Thanks for sharing.
