I was hoping to explore the cliffs above Bivi Cave but a sudden change in the weather put a stop to my plans. :-( Luckily I always carry a map and compass otherwise I could have ended up anywhere!
That could have been dangerous so I'm glad you were prepared. Though misty this shot is wonderful. It's so detailed that you could see each blade of grass. I really like this one.
Oh misty isles...I live in the Appalachians in North Carolina in the US. We have similar mists and fogs and gray days, hence the large amount of English, Irish, and Scottish settling here!
I love to read your comments. If you're familiar with any of the places, plants or creatures or have anything else to add, please feel free to leave a comment below.

ReplyDeleteOooh...this is such an eerie photo. It looks as though it would've been easy to go over that cliff. Yikes! Glad you found your way back!
ReplyDeleteLucky for you are carrying the map. Very nice picture.
ReplyDeleteNavigation would be almost impossible in this without a compass. Very foreboding.
ReplyDeleteThat wall of gray looks really scary there at the edge of the grass. I'm not afraid of heights, but I am if I'm up there at a place like that.
