Cresswell Crags is an impressive ravine cut through limestone and was used as a place of shelter during the last Ice Age. There are several caves which you can be shown around for a small fee.

Beautiful nature image itself. The creek is soooo nice to look at.
Good use of leading line here too
Creeks like that one are what I look for on my hikes.
Not far from my home in Nottinghamshire this area is always worth a visit with its pre-history history!
have you been in the caves?
I see hints of green growth on the banks, and the water is my favorite shade of blue!
Streams are always beautiful when the water is flowing. They are alive.
We have a similar looking spot about 50 kms from my home. That place is called Mulshi.
My First Computer
Birdhouses, Birdfeeders, Birdbath
That whole scene looks like a good place to enjoy some solitude and get lost in thought.
Well composed image makes the stream look beautiful...Thomas
