Reflections of the Swiss Village

The Swiss Village is a formation in Gough's Cave, Cheddar. The picture and clip both show the village's reflection in a shallow pool below the formation.

O man, that is one of the neatest things I've seen. I love caves!

That is really cool. It would be so interesting getting a close up look at that.

That is amazing! So, in reality the formation is overhead?

I have a postcard, years old, from Cheddar, Cox's Cave. I can never "see" the formations in it though.

Your photo reminds me of the Derbyshire Dales. I find entering caves a bit too spooky so I am happy to enjoy your photographs instead.

John, that is sooooo cool. I wish I could see that up close and personal. Fascinating and thank you.

There's really more to see and experience in this village. This is a perfect place to spend holidays or even anniversaries.
