Frost Crystals

There were some great guesses, but no-one mentioned the specific word I was looking for, frost.

I knew there was something a little more to these pictures than the obvious, but I wasn't quite picking it up. Now that I know what they are, the picture is even more interesting.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in extreme close ups :-) I should have mentioned the green background is a leaf.

I have some good news, my home broadband will be setup within a few days :-)
