Comma Caterpillar

I spotted a few comma caterpillars in the garden this morning. The caterpillar above is 6mm. His bigger brother munching a currant leaf is 11mm :-)

It looks translucent. Like a peg from the Lite-Brite toy or something.

I was going to say the same thing Sharkbites. He looks see thru. I'm only used to the furry guys here in FL.

Sixmats: the butterfly has a small white comma shape on the underside of its wings :-)
