Autumn is my favourite season, with Winter a close second. There's always a welcome splash of colour in the hedgerows.

Rosehips and rowan berries can be collected to make wine or jelly ;-)

The berries this year seem especially spectacular.

The essence of Autumn right here in these photos. Love them. I like you find Autumn and Winter my favorite seasons though where I live we really don't experience seasons. Beautiful photos John.

I've given you an award over at myqualityday.blogspot.com

Let's see, your Rowan is our Mountain Ash, I think. I just read today that you can make jam from the berries.

The colours go for the extreme red before winter time. And let cheers and get warm.

I've seen things like this before. I liked the way the red stands out, just like in your pictures.

I like the way the red stands out just like your pictures. Would you like to share a link with me?
