Saint Catherine's Down, Isle of Wight

Saint Catherines Down, Isle of Wight

Saint Catherine's Down is to the south of the Isle of Wight. From the top, it's almost possible to see entirely around the island. The Solent is visible, as are the Needles.

All of this grass, and the fog in the distance, makes this place seem huge. The open feeling is something I never get in the middle of a forest.

That is a very beautiful picture. I love picture of nature, especially landscapes. I didn't see any, but my absolute favorite are sunrise and sunset pictures -- just a crazy suggestion.
